实验设备用电安全动态监测装置的设计

摘要 为提高学生进行实验实训时的安全系数,设计出了一款实验设备用电安全动态监测装置。该装置以STC15F2K60S2单片机作为主控单元,由测量放大电路、有效值转换电路、A/D转换电路等构成,并给出了装置各个结构的线路图,详细分析了单片机程序的测控算法,最后通过Proteus软件进行仿真,证明了该装置测量准确、工作稳定、响应速度快、使用简便等优点,可广泛应用于实验实训设备较多的场合。 In order to improve the safety factor of the students in experimental training, a dynamic monitoring device for electrical safety for experimental equipment is designed. The device uses STC15F2K60S2 as the main control unit, which is composed of measurement amplification circuit, effective value conversion circuit, A/D conversion circuit and so on. The circuit diagram of each structure is given in detail. The measurement and control algorithm of single chip computer program is analyzed. Finally, the simulation is carried out by Proteus software. It is proved that the device has the advantages of accurate measurement, stable work, fast response speed and easy use. It can be widely used in many cases of experimental training equipment.
