中医正骨手法治疗脊柱小关节紊乱临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of TCM Massage treatment of spinal facet joint disorder

目的：观察分析中医正骨手法治疗脊柱小关节紊乱的临床效果。方法：选取2015年3月～2017年5月间在我院进行治疗的脊柱小关节紊乱患者120例，将患者随机分成时照组（n=60）、观察组（n=60）。对照组患者采用牵引疗法进行治疗，观察组患者采用中医正骨手法进行治疗。观察并比较2组患者ODI和VAS评分；观察并比较2组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗后2组患者ODI和VAS评分均明显降低（P〈0．05），且治疗后观察组患者ODI和VAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医正骨手法治疗脊柱小关节紊乱，临床治疗效果较好，可明显改善患者临床症状，缓解疼痛，安全可靠，临床应用价值较高，值得应用推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of traditional TCM Massage for the treatment of spinal manipulation of small joint disorder. Methods： From March 2015 to May 2017, 120 patients with spinal facet joint disorder treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （ n=60） and observation group （ n=60）. Patients in the control group were treated by traction thera- py, the observation group were treated by TCM Massage treatment. The ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were observed and com- pared, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and compared. Results： Compared with those before treatment, the scores of ODI and VAS were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment （ P〈0.05）, and the scores of ODI and VAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） after treatment, and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM Massage treatment of spinal facet joint disor- der, better clinical curative effect, could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, relieve pain, safe and reliable, high clin- ical value, worthy of promotion and application.
