新型敷料伤口护理与传统外科换药的应用效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:运用新型敷料进行伤口护理与传统外科换药的疗效行对比研究。方法:选择我院2017年l-12月收治的内、外科共4类伤口患者80例,将每类伤口患者随机平分在2组中,其中对照组使用碘伏、双氧水等消毒液进行传统的外科换药,观察组使用水胶体、藻酸盐、泡沫敷料等新型敷料进行换药,对比2组患者的疗效。结果:对照组的总有效率是85.0%,观察组是97.5%,观察组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组伤口的愈合时间与换药次数均少于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对比2组患者护理后的VAS评分,观察组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组的疼痛控制率是42.5%,观察组是70.0%,观察组高于对照组,差并存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:运用新型敷料进行伤口护理的临床效果优于传统外科换药,可明显缩短伤口愈合时间,减少换药次数,疼痛控制率高,值得临床推行。 Objective:To compare the effect of new dressing for wound care and traditional surgical dressing. Methods: in our hospital from 2017 1 - 12 month, 80 eases of surgical wound patients with a total of four categories, each type of wound were randomly divided in two groups, the control group used iodophor disinfectant, hydrogen peroxide and other traditional surgical dressing, observation group u- sing colloid, alginate, foam dressings and other new dressings comparing the two groups of patients. Results: the total effective rate of the control group was 85%, the observation group was 97.5%, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The healing time and changing times of the wound in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared the VAS scores of two groups after nursing, the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05) ; the pain control rate of the control group was 42.5%, the observation group was 70%, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: the clinical effect of wound dressing with new dressing was better than that of tradi- tional surgical dressing, It could obviously shorten wound healing time, reduce dressing change times and control pain rate, and was wor- thy of clinical implementation.
