氟比洛芬酯用于骨折后疼痛治疗的疗效分析

摘要 目的:观察分析氟比洛芬酯应用于骨折后疼痛治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院急诊科室收治的骨折后疼痛患者56例,纳入时间为2016年10月-2017年10月,随机分为观察组及对照组,2组各28例,观察组患者应用氟比洛芬酯注射液治疗,对照组患者应用曲马多注射液治疗,对比观察2组患者的疼痛评分变化情况。结果:观察组患者给药后各时点的疼痛评分均低于对照组,镇痛起效时间短于对照组,P〈O.05,存在统计学差异。结论:氟比洛芬酯注射液应用骨折后疼痛治疗具有明显的镇痛效果,安全性较高,可推广普及。
