生脉饮对心力衰竭患者培哚普利耐受性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨生脉饮对心力衰竭患者培哚普利耐受性的影响。方法选取医院收住院治疗的急性失代偿慢性心衰患者78例,分为生脉饮组40例和对照组38例。对照组患者予对症处理及培哚普利治疗,生脉饮组在对照组基础上加予生脉饮口服液治疗。观察2组血压、血肌酐(Cr)、脑钠肽(BNP)、培哚普利剂量及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组间MBP、Cr、K^+水平无显著差异(P>0.05);生脉饮组BNP水平低于对照组,培哚普利使用剂量高于对照组(P<0.01);生脉饮组因咳嗽停药2例(5.0%),低于对照组的8例(21.1%)(P<0.05)。结论生脉饮可显著增加慢性心衰患者对培哚普利的耐受性,利于改善心衰患者预后,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Shengmai Yin on perindopril tolerance in patients with heart failure. Methods 78 patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure were selected and divided into Shengmai Yin group( 40 cases) and control group( 38 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with symptomatic treatment and perindopril,and Shengmai Yin group was treated with Shengmai Yin oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure,serum creatinine,BNP,perindopril dosage and adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of MBP,Cr and K+between the 2 groups( P〈0. 05). The BNP level of Shengmai Yin group was lower than that of the control group,and the dose of perindopril was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 01). In Shengmai group,2 cases( 5. 0%) were coughed and stopped taking medicine,which was lower than 8 cases( 21. 1%) in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shengmai Yin can significantly increase the tolerance of perindopril in patients with chronic heart failure,and improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure. It is worthy of clinical application.
