为了解决在板式家具制造企业传统设备管理中发现的一些问题,依托于浙江圣奥家具制造有限公司在设备管理改进工作中的实践,具体介绍设备管理的现状、设备管理提升的途径以及基于物联网技术的设备管理综合管控平台的设计。通过对应用成果的展示和分析,表明基于物联网技术的设备管理提升能给企业带来直接和间接的效益,值得进一步深入探索。

In order to solve the traditional equipment management problems discovered during the practice in panel furniture manufacturing enterprises,this paper briefly introduced the current situation of equipment management,the ways to improve equipment management,and the overall control platform design of equipment management based on the Internet of Things.Thhe demonstration and analysis of the application results showed that the improvement of equipment management based on Internet of Things can bring direct and indirect benefits to enterprises,which is worth further exploring.
