青年话语失序是社会转型发展过程必然出现的一种话语现象,具体说来就是青年话语在社会变迁中所呈现出"泛娱乐化""泛功利化""泛西方化"之话语形态。重构青年话语秩序,必须通过加强青年思想政治教育,引导青年坚定共产主义理想信念;营造良好的社会文化生态环境,引导青年树立社会主义核心价值观;优化青年成长环境,培育青年良好的社会心态。实现社会主义核心价值观引领青年话语变迁,营造有序和谐的青年话语生态环境。

The youth utterance disorder is a kind of utterance phenomenon inevitable in the process of social transformation, to be specific, it is a utterance pattern presented by the youth utterance in the social transformation as ＂pan-entertainment＂, ＂extensive utilitarianism＂ and ＂extreme westernization＂. It is required for reconstructing the youth utterance order to guide the youth towards strengthening the communist ideal and belief through intensification of ideological and political education to youth, to guide the youth towards forming the socialist core values through creation of an excellent social-cultural and ecological environment, to help the youth cultivate excellent social mentality by optimizing the environment for youth development, and to build an orderly, harmonious and ecological environment for youth utterance through the realization of socialist core values to lead the transition of youth utterance.
