高校暑期"三下乡"作为大学生思想政治教育的重要载体,在累进发展中已然成为独具特色的实践育人平台,是第二课堂建设中贯彻落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神的重要指向。将暑期"三下乡"嵌入当前社会扶贫体系乃至乡村振兴战略,既能更好地"全程、全方位"培育作为第一个百年目标生力军和第二个百年目标主力军的当代大学生,为全民打赢脱贫攻坚战提供发挥实效作用、富有长效价值、边际作用广延的现实青春力量,也能在不断优化升级的乡实践中实现服务学生成长成才、提升高校育人水平、促进社会发展进步等多层聚合的弥散作用。以全国思想政治工作会议精神为指引,不断深化对高校暑期"三下乡"活动及其嵌入社会扶贫体系乃至乡村振兴战略价值性意蕴的把握,才能更好地为其转化为现实性作用提供基础认知参考。

As a important carrier of ideological and political education for college and university students in summer vacations, the ＂Three Going to the Countryside＂ project, which has become a distinctive platform for educating people by practice in the accumulating development, is the important direction for carrying out the spirits of ideological and political working conference for national colleges and universities in the construction of extracurricular causes. Embedding the ＂Three Going to the Countryside＂ in summer vacation into current social poverty alleviation system and even the rural revitalization strategy can not only better educate in a ＂whole process and whole-dimensional＂ way the contemporary college students, who serve as the fresh troop of the first centenary goal and the main force of the second one, providing actual youth power of practical function, long-acting value and outspreading marginal effect for winning the national uphill battle of poverty alleviation, but also can realize the dispersion effect of multiple layer aggregation in serving the development of students, improving the educational quality of colleges and universities and promoting the social development and progress.
