媒体融合背景下新闻传播硕士培养模式探析

Journalism and Communication Postgraduate Cultivation Mode under Background of Media Convergence

网络技术的迅猛发展打破了传统媒体的单一化格局,使新旧媒体出现了融合发展的态势。在新的媒介生态环境下,我国的新闻传播硕士研究生培养模式无法满足媒体对传媒高层次人才的需求,出现了"人才荒":缺乏具有实际操作能力的应用型人才,缺乏熟练掌握媒体融合技术的技术型人才,缺乏具有交叉学科背景的专业型人才。这些问题产生的原因主要是:人才培养模式陈旧,课程设置无特点,教师配备不合理,实习基地不配套等。分析问题与原因,探索性得出三种人才培养的创新模式:"专业型"人才培养模式,"技术型"人才培养模式,"创业型"人才培养模式。

The rapid development of network technology has broken the monotonous pattern of traditional media and brought about the integrated trend of old and new media. Under the new media ecological environment, the journalism and communication postgraduate cultivation mode in China can not meet the needs of high-level media talents. The people with practical skills, media fusion technology and interdisciplinary background are all insufficient. The main reasons for this come from the outdated talent cultivation mode,the undistinguished curriculum,the unreasonably-allocated teachers and the incompatible practice bases. To solve the problem, three innovative modes of professional talent, technical talent and entrepreneurial personnel are proposed in this paper.
