摘要
采用共沉淀法制备出蛭石–Fe2O3/MnO2非均相Fenton催化剂,并利用该催化剂高效降解水中罗丹明B染料。利用X射线荧光光谱分析、N2吸附、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪以及X射线光电子能谱对材料进行了表征。结果表明:在室温,催化剂投加量0.1 g/L、H2O2投加量10.0 mmol/L、溶液初始p H=4.5以及罗丹明B浓度为90.0 mg/L的条件下,反应50 min罗丹明B的脱色率达到98.76%。运用一级动力学方程对反应过程进行拟合,R2〉0.97。根据罗丹明B最大吸收峰位置的变化,推断反应体系中可能发生的反应并进行了自由基掩蔽实验。
A vermiculite-Fe2O3/MnO2 heterogeneous Fenton catalyst was prepared by a co-precipitation method,and the catalyst was used to degrade rhodamine B(Rh B)in wastewater efficiently.The structural characterization and chemical composition of materials were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,N2 adsorption,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,respectively.The decolorization rate of Rh B is 98.76%under agitation after 50 min treatment under optimum conditions(i.e.,25°C,dosage of catalyst 0.1 g/L,dosage of H2O2 10.0 mmol/L,p H value of 4.5 and initial concentration of Rh B 90.0 mg/L).The degradation process follows the first-order kinetic equation(i.e.,R2〉0.97).According to the change of absorbance peak position of Rh B in degradation process,the possible reactions in different reaction stages were deduced.Furthermore,the radical(·OH)trapper test was carried out.
