信息化环境下五年制高职学生学习力提升的实践路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 在对比了信息化应然要求与学生学习力实然状态基础上,提出未来需要"生活+""技能+""专业+"的学习型人才,分析了当前职业教育学习力培养的现状并归因"学习的维持和内化缺乏有效系统的手段"。进一步对苏州建设交通高等职业技术学校通过"理念""行为""环境"三个方面的引导来培养、提升学生学习力的实践路径做了探析,以期培养出适应信息化背景下的社会变革、产业变革的具有良好综合素质和核心竞争力的学习型人才。 On the basis of comparing the requirements of informatization and the actual state of the students' learning ability, this paper puts forward that in the future we need the learning-type talents with "life plus", "skill plus" and "profession plus". It analyzes the current situation of cultivating the students' learning ability in vocational education and ascribes to "the lack of effective systematic means for the maintenance and internalization of learning". An analysis of the practical path to cultivate and improve the students' learning ability through the guidance of three aspects,respectively the "concepts", "behaviors" and "environment" in Suzhou Institute of Construction Communications is carried out, in the expecting of cultivating the learning-type talents with good comprehensive quality and core competitiveness that are adapt to the social change and industrial change under the background of information technology.
