摘要
就江苏省服装专业中高职衔接教学团队的组织结构构成要素进行问卷调研,应用SPSS19.0软件对各项指标值的相关系数分析以及KMO和Bartlett球形度检验,明确指标间的强相关性,随后利用因子分析法构建了以绩效公平因子、科研能力因子、人员配伍因子、行动目标因子为主因子的江苏省服装专业中高职衔接教学团队组织结构,并对4个公共因子进行权重排序,结果显示,4个因子的重要性相差不大较为均衡,为江苏省促进江苏省服装专业中高职衔接教学团队建设工作有序健康发展提供了参考。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the organizational structure of the cohesive teaching teams in Jiangsu clothing specialty. The correlation coefficient was analyzed with the SPSS19.0 software, and the KMO and Bartlett sophericity test were used to clarify the strong correlation between the indexes. Then, the organizational structure of the cohesive teaching teams in secondary and higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu clothing specialty was constructed, which took the performance equity factor, scientific research ability factor, personnel compatibility factor and action oriented factor as the main factors. The weight sorting of 4 public factors is carried out. The result shows that the importance of the 4 factors is relatively balanced, which points out the direction of the healthy and orderly development of secondary and higher vocational cohesive teaching team construction in Jiangsu clothing specialty.
