新时代视角下职业学校学生干部培养现状分析及策略

The Student Cadre Training in Vocational Schools from the Perspective of the New Era: Analyses and Strategies

职业学校学生干部因其思想意识、年龄结构、成长环境、学习能力等多个因素的影响,具有不同于高校学生干部的特点。受市场经济求利性,世界文化相互交流碰撞,网络信息化的影响,职业学校学生干部培养面临着新的挑战。笔者在调研学生干部培养现状的基础上,认真分析了新时代下职业学校学生干部培养工作存在的不足及原因,提出适应时代特点和符合职业学校学生管理需求的培养策略。

The student cadres in vocational schools are different from college student cadres because of their ideological consciousness, age structure, growth environment, learning abilities and many other factors. Under the influence of market economy, world cultural collision and network information, the training of student cadres in vocational schools is facing new challenges. On the basis of investigating the status of student cadre training, the author carefully analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the training of student cadres in vocational schools in the new era, and puts forward the training strategies to adapt to the characteristics of the times and meet the management needs of vocational students.
