摘要
当前SPOC的混合学习模式和教学实践存在三个问题:一般数字教学资源难以吸引学生完成在线学习、常规教学管理制度难以保证混合教学模式的有效进行、传统教师职能定位难以掌控混合教学模式。因此,提出采用优质数字教学资源、创新教学管理制度和创新教师职能定位等相应的有效教学策略。
At present, there are three problems in the blended learning mode and teaching practice of SPOC: the general digital teaching resources are difficult to attract the students to complete online learning; the conventional teaching management system is difficult to ensure the effective conduct of blended teaching mode; the traditional teacher function is difficult to control the blended teaching mode. Therefore, the effective teaching strategies are proposed to adopt high quality digital teaching resources, and make innovations in the teaching management system and the teachers' function orientation.
