摘要
远程教育事业的飞速发展,尤其是世界远程教育进入全网络的全新发展阶段,开放大学的教师发展问题也逐渐被远程教育系统重视起来。通过分析英国开放大学改进教学技能模型、美国马里兰大学大学学院问题解决模型、澳大利亚TAFE综合发展模型,开展基于在线的、基于情境的教师素质提升项目,构建融合教师组织发展、教学发展和个人发展的可持续发展观,进而促进我国开放大学教师素质提升。
Along with the rapid development for distance education, especially the global distance educa-tion entering into the whole development stage of full-network, the problems of teachers' development in openuniversities are also gradually valued by the distance education system. By analyzing the model of improving theteaching skills in UK Open University, the model of solving college problems in Maryland University, and themodel of Australia TAFE comprehensive development, open universities should develop the teachers' qualityimprovement programs on the basis of online and scenarios, build the sustainable development view with theintegration of teacher' s organization development, teaching development and personal development, so as topromote the teachers' quality improvement in open universities in China.
