摘要
我国远程开放教育正值蓬勃发展期,学习支持服务是远程学习得以顺利进行的重要条件和保证。目前,在电大向开放大学转型的过程中,学习支持服务模式未能与时俱进,在资源服务、学习过程服务、人员服务和设施服务方面均存在一定的问题。本研究选取英国开放大学、英迪拉·甘地国立开放大学、印度尼西亚开放大学3所远程开放教育院校,从信息化平台建设、师资队伍建设、课程资源建设、机构设置、学分互认与转换机制、残疾人支持以及其他支持等方面进行实践比较分析,以期能够为我国远程开放教育学习支持服务的提升提供参考。
The distance and open education in China is in vigorous development at present, and learning support service is an important condition and guarantee for distance learning. From the transition of TV univer-sity to Open University, learning support service mode failed to keep pace with the times, and there are various problems in resources service, learning process service , personnel service and facility service. We select 3 distance and open education institutions which are the UK Open University, the Indira Gandi National Open University and the Indonesia Open University to make a comparative analysis of practice from the aspects of in-formation platform construction, teaching staff construction, curriculum resources, institution setting, credit mutual recognition and transformation mechanism, disability support and so on , in order to provide some refer-ences for the improvement of the learning support services of the distance and open education in China.
