摘要
激励,一直被实业界和理论界公认为是非常重要的管理职能。作为知识密集型的高校,应如何利用激励理论来管理教师、激发其工作热情,备受研究者探究。对2007年至2017年国内有关马斯洛需要层次论、赫兹伯格双因素论和亚当斯公平论等激励理论在高校教师管理中的应用研究进行述评,在总结研究成果、借鉴可范之处的同时,从以师为本、教学立院、科研兴院和防微杜渐等四个维度,探索构建高校教师管理新路径。
Incentive has been universally accepted by the business circle and the theory circle as a very important managerial function. Higher education institutions,where intensive knowledge lies,has been probed by researchers for how to make use of incentive theories to manage teachers and stimulate their working passion. This research reviews the domestic researches on application of incentive theories over the recent nearly ten years(2007-2017)regarding Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,Herzberg's Dual-factor Theory and Adams' Equity Theory in management over teachers in higher education institutions. While summarizing the research findings and using those exemplary points for reference,a new pathway for management over teachers in higher education institutions is constructed from the four dimensions of ‘Teachers-orientation,foot-holding with teaching,development with scientific research and caution against small matters'.
