通过对贵州台江苗族龙舟节的现实与历史意义考察,发现台州苗族龙舟节不仅是一种促进民族团结、增进友谊、方便青年男女相互爱恋的重要手段与方式,还是一种有综合性民族文化地域特点的形式,包含着自然、社会意识形态、民族心理素质、经济、工艺美术等多方面的民俗象征。

By comparison of the differences between the two Miao Peoples,i.e. Mountain Miao People and Water Miao People in Guizhou＇s Taijiang,and viewing from the realistic and historic connotations of the Dragon Boat Festival in Taijiang,the Dragon Boat Festival of the Miao People in Taijiang is not only a kind of important means and way to promote ethnic unity,elevate friendship and facilitate mutual affection of young men and women,but also a form provided with local features of comprehensive ethnic culture,which includes folk tokens of nature,social ideology,ethnic psychological quality,economy,arts and crafts,and other aspects.
