经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效

Effects of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotri and holmium laser lithotripsy on patients with ureteral calculi

目的探讨分析经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术两种手术方案治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法将114例输尿管结石患者随机分为两组,对照组行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术,实验组行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,评估两组临床疗效。结果实验组手术时间短于对照组,碎石成功率与结石排净率和治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间、术后发热及输尿管穿孔发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效显著,安全性高,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotri and holmium laser lithotripsy on patients with ureteral calculi. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with ureteral calculi were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the con- trol group were treated by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy, and the patients in the experimental group were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. The clinical effects were observed between the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. The success rate of lithotripsy, the rate of stone removal and the total effective rate of the experi- mental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of operation time, postoperative fever or ure- teral perforation between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In the treatment of patients with ure- teral calculi, ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotr/psy is effective and safe, which is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
