二甲双胍联合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗及内分泌的影响 被引量:3

Effects of metformin combined with Diane-35 on insulin resistance and endocrine in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征采用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗对患者胰岛素抵抗及内分泌的影响。方法选择多囊卵巢综合征患者160例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组80例。给予对照组患者达英-35口服治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗,比较两组治疗前后患者胰岛素抵抗及血清激素分泌水平。结果治疗前两组胰岛素抵抗、血清激素分泌水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组胰岛素抵抗水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、睾酮水平均低于对照组,雌激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者能够有效改善其胰岛素抵抗及血清激素分泌水平,疗效确切。 Objective To investigate the effects of metformin combined with Diane-35 on insulin resistance and endocrine in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 160 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral Diane-35, and the patients in the observa- tion group were treated with mefformin combined with Diane-35 treatment. The insulin resistance and the serum hormone secretion levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in insulin resistance and serum hormone secretion between the two groups (P 〉 0.05) , and the level of insulin resistance in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). The levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment. The level of estrogen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions In the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, mefformin combined with dimethyl-35 can effectively improve their insu-lin resistance and serum hormone secretion level, the curative effect is significant.
