探究围绝经期异常子宫出血采用孕激素治疗的临床观察

To explore the clinical observation of progesterone treatment in perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探究孕激素在治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血中的临床效果。方法将我院2017年6月~2018年1月收治的84例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者临床资料作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),两组患者均给予刮宫治疗,在此基础上对观察组患者加服孕激素安宫黄体酮进行治疗,对照组则行曼月乐进行治疗,然后对两组患者的治疗情况进行对比分析。结果经我院积极治疗,对照组的治疗效果(97.6%)明显优于观察组(73.8%),两组比较差异明显,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜厚度在两组间进行对比,观察组大于对照组,具统计学差异意义(P<0.05)。结论对于绝经期异常子宫出血,采用安宫黄体酮进行治疗具有明显效果,可以将子宫内膜给明显降低,然而相较于曼月乐其效果较次之。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of progesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods From June 2017 - January 2018, 84 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding perimenopausal clinical data as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group （42 cases） and control group （42 cases）, two groups of patients were given curettage treatment, on the basis of the observation group patients take progesterone provera treatment, control group on line, treatment, and treatment in two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The therapeutic efect of the control group （97.6%） was signifcantly better than that of the observation group （73.8%）, with statistically signifcant diference （P〈0.05）. The endometrial thickness was compared between the two groups, and the observation group was larger than the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal uterine bleeding for menopause, adopting provera treatment has obvious efect, can be the endometrium to decrease, but compared with man on its efect is followed.
