多囊卵巢综合征给予二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗的效果分析

Effect of polycystic ovary syndrome on Metformin combined with cromiprofen

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征给予二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗的效果。方法以2017年1月~12月为病例选取时间,纳入88例多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照入院登记先后顺序分为对照组、研究组,各44例,分别予以克罗米芬、二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗,对比效果。结果治疗后研究组各项LH、FSH、T水平均低于对照组,而ISI水平则高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合克罗米芬多囊卵巢综合征,可优化疗效,推广应用价值高。

Objective To explore the polycystic ovary syndrome treated with metformin combined with clomiphene effect. Methods 88 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were included in 88 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome in January 2017 months. The patients were divided into control group and study group in order of admission. 44 cases were treated with clomiphene, metformin and clomiphene. Results Were compared. Results after treatment, the levels of LH, FSH and T in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of ISI was higher than that in the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin combined with Clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome, can optimize the curative effect, high value in popularization and application.
