Thoughts on Supervision and Management of Trade Union's Fixed Assets

工会固定资产在工会工作中发挥着重要保障作用,但在城镇改造建设中也时而有流失和损失的现象,给工会组织特别是基层工会开展工作和活动带来了一定影响;工会固定资产监管尚存在一些亟待解决的问题。因此,对于工会固定资产有必要重视起来,提高责任意识,采取切实有效的措施加以监督和管理,为工会组织履行党赋予的各项社会职能提供保障。

Fixed Assets serve as an important role in the work of trade union. The loss of fixed assets during city reconstruction influences the work of trade union especially local ones. Thus, problems need to be solved on supervision and management. The fixed assets of the trade unions must be taken seriously to raise the sense of responsibility. Effective supervision and management measures should be taken to provide protection for the trade unions in performing various social functions conferred by the communist party of China.
