在对江苏省内各级工会组织开展的职工心理健康服务情况的调查中,发现了一些问题,提出以下建议:构建合理的职工心理健康服务网络体系,建立专业的职工心理健康服务队伍,联合政府相关部门共同开展职工心理健康服务工作,进一步加大心理健康知识的普及宣传和教育培训力度。
