长、大直径桩基高性能混凝土设计与优化探讨

摘要 长、大直径桩基混凝土配合比设计考虑的重点在于混凝土的保坍性能和扩展度的保留,而不仅仅在于初凝时间的长短。室内配制的混凝土,对于大方量水下混凝土实际现场施工时,为保证连续浇筑和较快的速度,仍需继续优化,与一般水下混凝土配合比设计有所不同。文章探讨了长、大直径桩基大方量水下混凝土配制要点与高性能混凝土的优化原则。 The mix ratio design for long and large-diameter pile foundation concrete shall mainly consider the retention of the concrete's soil-retaining performance and expansion degree,not just the length of initial setting time.When the concrete prepared indoors is used for the actual on-site construction of large amount underwater concrete,in order to ensure the continuous pouring and the faster speed,it still needs the further optimization,which is different from the mix ratio design of common underwater concrete. This article discussed the key preparation points of large-amount underwater concrete of long and large diameter pile foundation as well as the optimization principle of high-performance concrete.
