高速公路ETC客户服务综合POS机系统研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated POS System for Expressway ETC Customer Service

文章根据高速公路不停车收费系统(ETC)社会化发行的趋势和上门服务等新需求,研发了ETC客户服务综合POS机系统。该系统涉及业务管理、发行功能、充值圈存和安装测试等四类业务,且综合POS机与后台系统通过加密机进行DES加密解密操作,确保数据安全。综合POS机系统应用后效果很好,发行比重逐渐提高,得到了广大客户认可。

Based on the socialized issuing trend of expressway non-stop toll collection system（ ETC） and the new needs of door-to-door service,this article developed the integrated POS system for ETC customer service.This system involves four types of services： business management,issuing function,recharging and saving,and installation testing.The integrated POS performs DES encryption and decryption operations with back-end systems through the encryptor,to ensure data security.The integrated POS system had good application effect,thus the issuing proportion was gradually increased,and it was recognized by the majority of customers.
