关于公益性航道项目建设模式的思考

Reflections on Construction Mode of Public Welfare Waterway Projects

文章针对当前公益性航道项目建设模式的特点,以广西为例,分析以航道管理部门作为项目业主对建设项目进行管理这一种模式的利弊,阐述了公益性航道项目对国内外常用的几种水运工程建设管理模式的适应性,提出了公益性航道项目建设模式的新思路。

Based on the characteristics of current public welfare channel project construction model,taking Guangxi as an example,this article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of using the waterway management department as the project employer to manage the construction project,described the adaptability of public welfare channel project to several water transport engineering construction management models commonly used at home and abroad,and proposed new ideas for the construction mode of public welfare waterway projects.
