摘要
目的 研究锆砂 /PEPSET树脂自硬砂工艺性能 ,用于解决复杂铝铸件由于型砂质量所带来的铸造问题 .方法 对锆砂 /PEPSET树脂自硬砂的常温性能和高温性能进行了实验研究及结果分析 .结果 指出该种新型自硬砂在硬化速度、流动性、发气性、溃散性和激热膨胀等方面性能良好 .结论 利于复杂铝铸件的造型制芯 ,有望成为树脂自硬砂工艺的一个重要发展方向 .
Aims To study the technical properties of zircon sand and PEPSET nobake sand, so as to solve the cast problems caused by the quality of sand. Methods The properties of zircon sand and PEPSET nobake sand are tested and the results are analyzed. Results The technical performances such as curing rate, shock thermal expansion, collapsibility, gas evolution of the new-style sand are obtained, which are well suit for making mold. Conclusions The new-style sand can be used to make mold and core mold of the complicated casts, and it will be the new direction of nobake sands.
