摘要
目的 为了适应高质量铝合金铸造的需要和增强其产品在国际市场的竞争力 ,开发适合中国国情的先进铸造工艺设备 .方法 采用先进的直流电磁泵技术 .结果 研制出我国首台铝合金铸造用直流电磁泵低压铸造系统 .结论 所研制设备的主要技术性能指标基本满足中小型铸件低压铸造要求 .
Aim To adapt the need of high-quality Al-alloy casting and to enhance the competitive ability of its products in the international market. The advanced molten devices which fit into national conditions of China is exploited. Methods The advanced DC electromagnetic pump is used. Results The first native low-pressure casting system with DC electromagnetic pump for molten Al-alloy is developed. Conclusion The principal indices of the system can meet the main requirement for the medium-sized and small-sized part casting.
