基于生产性实训基地的“专业实习”课程教学改革研究

On Teaching Reform of “Professional Practice” Curricula in Productive Training Bases

在工学结合人才培养模式下,专业实习是高职院校能力本位训练培养的重要环节,是职业素质养成、创新人才培育和实现教学与实践零距离对接的关键阶段。乌鲁木齐职业大学印刷技术专业实习在校内外生产性实训基地完成该项目课程教学,以顶岗的形式参与企业生产过程,由学校、企业、学生三方共同参与、共同管理。针对课程实施管理中存在的诸多问题,文章从教学计划、教学内容、教学方法和评价管理等四个方面提出教学改革措施。

＂Professional practice＂is an important procedure in competency-based training in vocational colleges.The paper takes the printing technique specialty of Urumqi Vocational University as a case to have an investigation.The students of this specialty implement their practice in the productive training bases in and out of the university,in which some problems appear in the implementing management.The paper analyzes the problems from four aspects---teaching plan,teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation management,and proposes some innovative measures.
