高校学生工作中德育与法治关系探究

Exploration on Relationship between Moral Education and Legal Education in College Students' Ideological Education

道德教育与依法管理是高校学生工作的两大方式,两者相辅相成,功能互补。道德教育对依法管理起着一定的支撑作用,而依法管理又对道德教育具有促进作用。高校应充分认识两者之间关系,建立相应的结合机制,并找准切入点和落脚点,推动大学生教育和管理工作的"德""法"交融,为大学生自由而全面地发展创造良好条件。

Moral education and legal education are two major educational parts in college students’ideological education which supplement each other.Moral education supports legal education while legal education accelerates moral education.The paper argues that colleges will make a clear distinction of their relationship and construct a system to promote their combination to improve the ideological work in colleges.
