上海住院医师规范化培训效果的影响因素分析

目的研究2010年上海市住院医师规范化培训制度实施后,培训效果的影响因素,为完善培训工作提供依据。方法以上海市2013级规培全体学生为研究对象,2014年到2016年问卷追踪调查。结果规培毕业生对规培政策及其要求的了解程度较好;对带教老师、规培的基础设施和规培的总体情况的满意度评价较高,对生活条件和薪酬待遇的满意度评价一般;对自我临床技能和医患沟通能力的提升评价较好。回归分析结果显示,三级专科医院的满意度评价比其他性质的医院高;薪酬的满意度受学历和中医系统的影响;规培毕业生对自我能力提升的评估几乎不受其他因素的影响。结论上海市住院医师规范化培训取得了较好的效果,逐步呈现出能力培训的同质化。未来仍需不断完善配套政策,不断提高规培生对政策认知程度和对规培工作的满意度以及对自身能力的评价,进一步提高规培同质化。

Objective To study the influencing factors of the effect of standardized training of residents in Shanghai City in 2010,to provide basis for further improvement of training work. Methods Questionnaires were administered from 2014 to 2016 to training graduates who had accepted the standardized training from 2013. Results Training graduates have a good knowledge about policies and their requirements,and show a better satisfaction evaluation on the teachers＇ teaching level,the training infrastructure and the overall situation of training. Regression analysis shows that the satisfaction evaluation of tertiary hospitals is better. Regression analysis result shows that the salary satisfaction is influenced by the educational background and the TCM system,The self-ability assessment of graduates is almost independent of other factors. Conclusion The implement of standardized training of residents in Shanghai has achieved good results,and gradually shows the homogenization of ability training. In future,it is necessary to improve some related supporting policies,and constantly improve awareness of the policy and satisfaction degree of standardized training of residents and their own ability,to further improve the homogenization of training.
