摘要
目的就医联体的绩效评估是否能够采用PLS-BP神经网络模型进行可行性分析。方法采用文献分析法,在分析传统绩效评估方法优劣的基础上,展开PLS-BP神经网络模型应用于医联体绩效评估的可行性分析。结果 PLS-BP神经网络模型可有效针对传统绩效评估方法存在的不足作出相应的修正。结论 PLS-BP神经网络模型可应用于医联体绩效评估。PLS-BP神经网络模型方法对样本量要求不高,可减少人为因素的干扰,该模型还有待于进一步优化和发展。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using the PLS-BP neural network model in assessing the performance of the regional vertical medical alliance. Methods Based on the analysis of the traditional performance assessment method,the feasibility analysis of the PLS-BP neural network model was applied to the performance assessment of medical alliance. Results The PLS-BP neural network model can effectively modify the shortcomings of traditional performance assessment methods. Conclusion The PLS-BP neural network model can be applied to the performance assessment of the medical alliance. The method of the PLS-BP neural network model doesn't require a large sample size. The PLS-BP method can reduce human factor interference to some degree. The model needs to be further optimized and developed.
