摘要
目的通过对择期手术病人按分时段预约入院与传统入院的流程对比,探讨分时段预约入院流程的应用效果。方法采用干预前后对照,以病人入院后的平均等候时间、病人入院体验的满意度、各时段护士站及等候区的噪音分贝数、护士直观拥挤感觉视觉模拟评分为评价指标。结果病人入院等候时间、护士直观拥挤感觉视觉模拟评分及病人对入院体验的满意度评分均具有统计学意义,等候区域噪音分贝值下降。结论合理分时段入院可保障护理工作有序进行,减少病人等候时间,从而提高病人入院体验满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of sub-periods appointment registration system by comparing the application of traditional registration system and sub-periods appointment registration system. Methods The effect was evaluated by the time spending on waiting for registration,noise level of the ward,intuitive crowded sensory VAS score and patient satisfaction. Results There is statistical significance in the average of the time spending on waiting for registration,the visual analogue scale and the satisfaction degree of admission. The noise of waiting area decreases.Conclusion Reasonable day parting admission can make nursing work orderly,reduce patients' waiting time,and increase the satisfaction degree of admission.
