齐拉西酮与喹硫平对首发精神分裂症患者心电图的影响分析

Effect of ziprasidone and quetiapine on electrocardiogram in patients with first-episode

目的对比首发精神分裂症患者进行齐拉西酮与喹硫平治疗,分析对患者心电图的影响。方法选择2015年7月-2016年12月我院住院首发精神分裂症患者70例,按不同的药物治疗分为研究组(齐拉西酮治疗)、对照组(喹硫平治疗),每组35例;对比组间PANSS评分、临床治疗总有效率、不良反应及心电图异常发生率。结果治疗8周后,两组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组临床总有效无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心电图异常发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与喹硫平治疗首发精神分裂症患者的临床效果相当,齐拉西酮组不良反应低于喹硫平组,但对患者的心电图影响较喹硫平组大。

Objective To compare the effect of ziprasidone and quetiapine on first-episode schizophrenic patients and analyze the effect of electrocardiogram on the patients. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital, 70 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were selected. According to different medications, they were divided into two groups： the study group（ziprasidone treatment） and the control group（quetiapine treatment）, with 35 cases in each group. The PANSS score, the total clinical efficacy, the adverse reactions, and the incidence of ECG abnormalities between the two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the positive and negative symptom scales（PANSS） in both groups were significantly lower than before the treatment（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; The adverse adverse reaction rate in the study group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the incidence of abnormal ECG in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ziprasidone and quetiapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia is similar. The adverse reactions of ziprasidone are lower than those of quetiapine, but the electrocardiogram of patients is greater than that of quetiapine.
