摘要 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对农村体育消费市场的形成进行研究。主要结论:我国体育消费市场规模的扩大和社会总需求的提升,对于推动体育产业快速发展、实现体育产业供给侧改革意义重大;目前,我国体育产业发展定位忽视了农村市场的开发,农村体育消费活力受到限制,致使农村体育消费对我国体育产业发展的贡献率很低。立足于体育产业供给侧改革视角,在明晰政府职能目标取向、价值取向、效果取向的基础上,提出了农村体育消费市场形成的政府职能定位构想:产业推动、市场监管、社会管理和服务提升。 The formation of consumer market of rural sports is studied by means of literature review, logic analysis and other research methods. The main conclusion is that it is of great significance to the rapid development of sports industry on the expansion of the scale of the sports consumer market, an increase of the total demand of the society, and the realization of the supply-side reform of the sports industry. At present, the development of China's sports industry ignores the rural market, which leads to a limit contribution on sports industry. Based on the view of supply-side reform of sports industry, on the basis of objective orientation, value orientation, and effect orientation of government functions, this paper proposes the idea of government function in leading the consumption market of rural sports, including industry promotion, market supervision, social management and service promotion.
