摘要
植物培植服务设计体系是连接智能植物专家系统与用户的重要媒介,能够根据用户需求给予专业化的植物种植指导和建议,从而提高农业种植的效率和产出。本文采用情境式的服务设计方法,通过研究与植物培植系统密切关联的用户情境、环境情境和植物情境等内容,分析出用户的具体需求,在此基础上提炼出植物培植的服务流程,依托该服务流程开发出植物培植服务设计体系。该案例验证了情境式服务设计方法的应用价值与应用前景。
Plant production service design system is the important medium to connect intelligent expert system of plant with user that provide professional guidance and advice according to the relevant request,so as to improve the efficiency and output of the agricultural.In this paper,base on the situation method,research on user situation,environment situation and plant situation which is closely related to breeding system,analyze the user's demand,extract service process of plant production system,develop plant cultivation service system depending on it.This case verifies the application value and prospect of the situation design method which used in service design.
