This paper briefly introduces the background of the concept of sponge city and the basic connotation of the concept of sponge city.The paper puts forward how to construct a new sponge city combining the drainage system,ecological balance,sewage treatment and the construction of cavernous facilities.Provide a sustainable development plan for people and the environment.
