神经安定镇痛麻醉在超声内镜检查中的应用

The Application of Neuroleptic Analgesia in Endoscopic Ultrasonography

目的:探讨神经安定镇痛术用于超声内镜检查中的镇痛效果与安全性。方法:选择720例行超声内镜检查患者,随机分成2组各360例,神经安定镇痛麻醉组(观察组)使用咪唑安定加舒芬合剂,单纯镇痛组(对照组)于检查前输注地佐辛,记录内镜检查时间、苏醒时间,以及检查过程中两组研究对象并发症(呛咳、恶心、呕吐等)发生情况,同时行Ramsay镇静评分。结果:观察组不良反应情况(呛咳、恶心、呕吐)发生率平均为12.6±7.9%,明显少于对照组14.5±3.5%(P<0.05);观察组Ramsay评分为6.4±0.6,明显高于对照组5.3±0.8(P<0.05)。结论:超声内镜检查使用神经安定镇痛麻醉,明显提高了患者的舒适度及操作安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of anesthesia of neuroleptic analgesia in examination of endoscopic ultrasonography.Methods Total 720 patients were selected to perform the endoscopic ultrasonography examination.These patients were divided into two groups： observation group and control group（360 cases in each group）.The observation group used midazolam and sufentanil mixture to perform neuroleptic analgesia anesthesia; the control group used dezocine.The examination time, recovery time, adverse reactions, Ramsay sedation score in two groups were observed and recorded.Results After anesthesia, between the observation group and the control group, in these indicators, adverse reactions（cough, nausea, vomiting）（12.6±7.9% vs.14.5±3.5%） and Ramsay score（6.4±0.6 vs.5.3±0.8）, there were significantly statistic differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Neuroleptic analgesia anesthesia used in endoscopic ultrasonography examination can improve the adaptability and safety of patients, and have clinical applied worth.
