新型抗糖尿病药物钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白抑制剂研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLTs)是一类主要在小肠粘膜和肾近曲小管中发现的的蛋白基因家族,该蛋白的表达与葡萄糖的吸收相关,在葡萄糖的跨细胞膜转运中发挥重要作用。其中SGLT1负责膳食葡萄糖的吸收,SGLT2负责肾脏中葡萄糖的重吸收。SGLT2抑制剂能够阻断肾脏中的SGLT2,加速葡萄糖从尿液中排出,从而降低血糖水平。按照作用靶点,将其分为选择性SGLT2抑制剂(包括达格列净、坎格列净等)以及非选择性SGLT 1/2双重抑制剂sotagliflozin。现将两类代表药物的相关临床研究及其安全性予以总结。
