摘要
鞋用干燥剂被用于鞋服产品等包装盒中,防止产品因为湿度过大而产生霉变,影响销售。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱扫描(EDS)对蒙脱石干燥剂在反绒革上的污渍进行了分析。结果显示:干燥剂中含有的Ca^2+离子物质从包装袋中析出,迁移至鞋面革中,与大量的阴离子加脂剂发生钙化,生成沉淀,形成污渍。
The desiccant for shoes is used in shoes, clothes and other products' packing boxes so as to prevent products from being mouldy because of excessive humidity and affect sales. The stain of montmorillonite desiccant on the suede is analyzed through X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that the Ca^2+ ions containing in the desiccant precipitates from the packaging bags and migrate to the upper leather. Then reacting with lots of anionic fatliquoring agents cause calcification precipitation and form stains.
