无铬皮革光老化与物性研究

摘要 采用波长在290~800nm氙灯光照加速老化,其中选择北京地区1年光照强度进行模拟试验。经过25、65℃,50%RH,辐照强度为800W/m^2,0~150h光照老化,结果表明:光老化后4种无铬鞣革除伸长率增加外,其他物理力学指标,如撕裂强度、抗张强度都有所减小;铝植鞣革与植铝鞣革的透气性随时间的延长增加,而醛植鞣革与植醛鞣革的透气性随时间的延长而下降。SEM观察纤维编织变化发现。氙灯光老化后无铬鞣革内的纤维规整性减小,部分纤维变得分散甚至发生断裂。 The experiment was carried out by using the lamp in Beijing, and the temperature was 25℃ and 65℃ wavelength of 290- 800nm to accelerate the aging of xenon , the humidity was 50% RH, the irradiation intensity was 800W/m^2, the illumination time was within 150h. The results show that in addition to the increasing of elongation, other physical and mechanical indexes of the four kinds chrome-free tanned leather, such as tear strength, tensile strength are all reduced. The permeabilities of vegetable-aldehyde tanned leather and aldehyde-vegetable tanned leather are de- creased and the permeabilities of aluminium-vegetable tanned leather and vegetable-aluminium tanned leather are increased with the light aging time. It is found that the regularity of the fibers of chrome-free tanned leather after the aging of xenon lamp are reduced, and some of the fibers are dispersed or even broken with the SEM observation.
