Rachel Addy, of the UK founded Warp and Weft knitted accessories in Hangzhou, she says 'Chinese companies are really fast and can make an upgraded cloth following the new design just in 24 hours.' In 2016, the Hangzhou government established a center to help foreigners starting businesses in Hangzhou.
