早期饮水在三叉神经痛行半月神经节球囊压迫术患者中的应用

Application of Early Drinking in Trigeminal Neuralgia Patients Undergoing Semilunar Ganglion Balloon Compression

目的:探讨早期饮水在三叉神经痛行半月神经节球囊压迫术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2015年12月~2016年6月58例三叉神经痛行半月神经节球囊压迫术患者作为对照组,于术后6 h开始少量饮水;将2016年7月~2017年1月62例三叉神经痛行半月神经节球囊压迫术患者作为观察组,于术后2 h开始少量饮水。比较两组术后恶心、呕吐、呛咳、口腔情况和身体舒适度。结果:观察组口干、口渴得分低于对照组(P<0.05),口腔pH值大于对照组(P<0.05),口腔异味发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组身体舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三叉神经痛行半月神经节球囊压迫术患者在意识清醒且吞咽功能恢复的前提下早期饮水是安全的,能减轻患者术后口干、口渴、口腔异味等症状,并能维持口腔清洁,提高舒适度,有利于术后康复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of early drinking on trigeminal neuralgia patients undergoing semilunar ganglion balloon compression operation. Methods： From December 2015 to June 2016,a total of 58 patients with trigeminal neuralgia underwent semilunar ganglion balloon compression surgery as control group. A small amount of water was started at 6 hours after operation. From July 2016 to January 2017,a total of 62 patients with trigeminal neuralgia underwent half-moon ganglion balloon compression as an observation group,and started to drink a small amount of water 2 hours after surgery. Postoperative nausea,vomiting,coughing,oral conditions and physical comfort were compared between the two groups. Results： The score of dry mouth and thirst in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P 0. 05）,the value of oral pH was greater than that of the control group（P 0. 05）,and the incidence of oral odor was lower than that of the control group（P 0. 05）,and the body comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Patients with trigeminal neuralgia undergoing half-moon ganglionic balloon compression are safe on the premise of clear consciousness and recovery of swallowing function. It can reduce the symptoms of dry mouth,thirst,oral odor and so on,and can maintain oral cleanliness and improve comfort and is conducive to early rehabilitation after operation.
