品管圈活动配合语音功能训练在提高舌癌术后患者语音清晰度及生存质量中的作用

Effects of QCC and voice function training on speech intelligibility and quality of life in postoperative patients with tongue cancer

目的评价品管圈活动配合语音功能训练在提高舌癌术后患者语音清晰度及生存质量中的作用。方法采用非同期队列对照设计方法,将开展品管圈活动后(2015.12~2016.12)入院的31例舌癌患者设为实验组,将未开展品管圈活动前(2014.12~2015.12)入院的31例舌癌患者设为对照组。实验组给予品管圈活动配合语音功能训练,对照组给予常规的语音功能训练。结果术前1天,两组患者语音清晰度及生存质量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月、3个月和6个月实验组患者语音清晰度及生存质量均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动配合语音功能训练可显著提高舌癌术后患者的语音清晰度及生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the effects of QCC and voice function training on speech intelligibility and quality of life in post-operative patients with tongue cancer. Methods The patients were divided into two groups by means of cohort study of non-simultaneous period. The control group（n=31）was taken regular voice function training while the experimental was taken QCC based on the regular voice function training. Results 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the operation, the scores of the Chinese speech intelligibility test table and UW-QOLv4 in the experimental group were significantly much higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions QCC and voice function training can significantly improve the speech intelligibility and quality of life in postoperative patients with tongue cancer.
