优质护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病护理中应用效果分析及其对妊娠结局影响评价

目的探讨优质护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病护理中应用效果及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取妊娠合并糖尿病患者88例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组干预后血糖控制和妊娠结局均优于对照组。结论优质护理可改善妊娠合并糖尿病患者的妊娠结局。
