摘要
挠性电路板的抗弯折性能影响本身的品质。文章着重表述通过抗弯折实验、实验结果分析来探讨挠性电路板在不同结构设计的情况下其抗弯折性能的强弱差异。为挠性电路板拥有更好的抗弯折能力提供结构设计参数,也在一定程度上解决了以往只能依赖更换昂贵材料来提高其抗弯折性能的情况。
The flexible performance of flexible printed circuit impacted the quality of itself. This paper formulated through flexible experiments and the experimental results analysis to explore the flexible performance differences of flexible printed circuit under the different conditions of the structure design. It provided structural design parameters for flexible printed circuit with better flexible capacity. To a certain degree it also solved the problem that the factory could only rely on the replacement of more expensive materials to improve the flexible performance in the past.
