红金消结胶囊联合刃针疗法治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hongjinxiaojie Capsule Combined with Knife Needle Therapy in the Treatment of Cystic Hyperplasia of the Breast

目的:探讨对乳腺囊性增生症患者应用红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治疗后对患者内分泌激素、血流动力学的影响情况。方法:将2016年8月-2017年10月本院收治的68例乳腺囊性增生症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(红金消结胶囊治疗)和观察组(红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治疗),每组34例。对比治疗后两组患者的内分泌激素、血流动力学以及临床疗效的影响情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。观察组患者卵泡期PRL(33.20±1.99)μIU/mL、P(24.16±1.79)nmol/L以及E2(368.85±11.86)pmol/L均明显优于对照组的(47.28±2.01)μIU/mL、(17.61±0.88)nmol/L、(436.69±15.85)pmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组患者RI(0.49±0.10)μg/L以及Vmax(13.75±1.77)cm/s均明显优于对照组的(0.70±0.11)μg/L、(10.53±1.11)cm/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺囊性增生症患者采取红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治疗的效果明显,可有效改善患者疼痛等临床症状,改善内分泌激素指标,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect on endocrine hormone,hemodynamics in patients with cystic hyperplasia of the breast with Hongjinxiaojie capsule combined with knife needle treatment.Method：From August 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital 68 cases of cystic hyperplasia of breast patients were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group（Hongjinxiaojie Capsule） and observation group（Hongjinxiaojie Capsule combined with knife needle treatment）,34 cases in each group.The influence of the endocrine hormone,hemodynamics and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared.Result：After treatment,the curative effect of observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly better than 76.47% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The follicular phase PRL（33.20±1.99）μIU/mL,P（24.16±1.79）nmol/L and E_2（368.85±11.86）pmol/L of the observation group were obviously better than（47.28±2.01）μIU/mL,（17.61±0.88）nmol/L and（436.69±15.85）pmol/L of the control group（P〈0.05）.The RI（0.49±0.10）μg/L and Vmax（13.75±1.77）cm/s in the observation group were significantly higher than（0.70±0.11）μg/L and（10.53±1.11）cm/s of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Hongjinxiaojie Capsule and knife needle in patients with breast cystic hyperplasia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as pain,improve the endocrine hormone,and have high clinical application value.
