纤维桩在前牙美学修复中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Fiber Post in the Aesthetic Repair of Anterior Teeth

目的:观察与研究纤维桩在前牙美学修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年2月收治的86例牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(金属桩组)和观察组(纤维桩组),各43例。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗后不同时间的松动度、患者满意度及治疗前后的龈沟液炎性因子。结果:观察组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的90.70%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.195,P=0.041)。观察组治疗后12、24周的牙齿松动度Ⅰ度率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(X^2=3.888、4.074,P=0.049、0.044)。观察组治疗后12、24周的总满意率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(X^2=4.195、4.962,P=0.041、0.026)。治疗前两组患者的龈沟液炎性因子PGE2、IL-1β及IL-6水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、4周,观察组的龈沟液炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维桩在前牙美学修复中的临床应用效果较好,对患者的口腔状态不良影响较小,患者的认可度也更高,因此综合应用价值较高。

Objective：To observe and study the clinical application effect of fiber post in the aesthetic repair of anterior teeth.Method：A total of 86 patients with dental defects from October 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group（metal post group） and observation group（fiber post group）,43 cases in each group.The clinical effect,teeth mobility and satisfaction degree of patients at different times after treatment and inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 90.70% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.195,P=0.041）.The Ⅰ degree rates of teeth mobility degree after treatment 12,24 weeks in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=3.888,4.074,P=0.049,0.044）.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group after treatment 12,24 weeks were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=4.195,4.962,P=0.041,0.026）.There were no significant differences in PGE2,IL-1β and IL-6 levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）;after treatment 2,4 weeks,the levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application effect of fiber post in the aesthetic repair of anterior teeth is better,the adverse effect on the oral state of the patients is less,and the recognition degree of the patients for the treatment is higher,so its comprehensive application value is higher.
