摘要
QR码印章作为互联网+时代新的身份印记,已被广泛运用于名片、精品包装、商业收款等各行各业。QR码因其碎片程度高,形状规则,空白比重大,使用传统扫描式的刀路算法的效能不尽人意。基于微信QR码中央个性图案区域和周围点阵的特性差异,构建出分区算法、光滑圆弧插值算法及精简算法。实践表明,针对微信QR码设计的刀路算法能缩短雕刻时间41%,并且达到更好的精度控制效果。
QR Code stamps,as a new identity mark in internet+ era,has been widely applied in all trades and professions,like celebrity card,boutique packaging and commercial transaction.Tool path calculation method for traditional pattern carving can no longer satisfy the demand of QR Code stamps,which process higher scatter ratio,regular shaping and higher void ratio.New techniques of partitioning algorithm,smoothing arc interpolation and retrenching algorithm are constructed,based on the characteristic difference of QR info zone and center individuation zone.The practices have witnessed that 41% of carving time can be reduced,with the improvements of precision control.
